Bank or mobile banking fees that apply to deposits are the sole responsibility of the user.

Once you click the "Confirm" button on a bet at cxwelcom, the bet is considered final. It cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation, unless the Cash Out option is available.

• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Cxwelcom will not be liable if a technical error prevents a bet from being placed during live betting.
• If odds contain an obvious error — such as unusually high odds compared to the market — cxwelcom reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Cxwelcom uses internationally recognized sources to determine results. In the event of a dispute over a result, cxwelcom's decision shall be final.
• In a parlay bet, if one selection is voided, that leg will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.

Cxwelcom offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. The general rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires you to wager a specified amount first (for example, 30 times the bonus value). If you request a withdrawal before meeting this requirement, the bonus will be forfeited and the withdrawal will proceed without it.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Multiple Accounts: If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address to claim bonuses, this will be treated as an indication of multiple accounts and all bonuses may be cancelled.
• Cxwelcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any active promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cxwelcom. Involvement in any one of them will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering under someone else's identity or providing false information.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Using betting bots or automated software.
• Odds arbitrage or placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing another user.

If suspicious activity is detected, cxwelcom may suspend the account without prior notice and withhold payments while an investigation is underway.

Users may request account closure at any time. Contact our support team and the account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure.

Cxwelcom reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Cxwelcom treats users' personal information with the utmost care. Data collected at registration is used solely for service operation, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
